• Hand-made variance. Minor artifacts are normal for artisan resin prints (e.g., faint layer lines, tiny support marks, slight surface texture, pinholes).
• Our standard. We remove supports and address the most obvious defects; small, cosmetic imperfections may remain.
• Returns & Refunds. All sales are final except for items damaged or defective on arrival (beyond the minor cosmetic variations described above). Report issues with photos within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund at our discretion.
